Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Equipment

  • Large bowl
  • skillet
  • small bowl
  • whisk
  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper
  • measuring cups and spoons
  • spatula

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Cook the ground beef mixture in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  4. Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet. Stir in the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until well combined and melted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley.
  6. Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits.
  7. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-5 inch circle.
  8. Place a generous spoonful of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each biscuit.
  9. Bring the edges of the biscuit dough up and over the filling, pinching them together to seal completely. Make sure there are no openings.
  10. Dip each sealed bomb into the garlic Parmesan coating, ensuring it's fully covered.
  11. Place the coated bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  12. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
  13. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, drain the grease thoroughly after browning the ground beef. Freshly minced garlic adds a more intense flavor to the garlic Parmesan coating. Store leftover bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
