  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Large Eggs, beaten

  5. In another shallow dish, place the beaten eggs.
  6. Bread the Chicken: Remove chicken tenders from the marinade, letting any excess drip off.

  8. Coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  9. Cook the Chicken (Air Fryer): Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  10. Arrange chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren't overcrowded.
  11. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  12. Cook the Chicken (Oven): Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place breaded chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  13. Cook the Chicken (Pan Fry): Heat 1/4 inch of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the breaded chicken tenders in the skillet, ensuring not to overcrowd. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  14. Serve immediately with your favorite Greek dipping sauce, such as tzatziki or a simple lemon-herb aioli.
